Cease-Fire in Karabakh

n YEREVAN, Armenia () -- Military authorities of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh have signed a pledge to observe a Russian-brokered cease-fire in the disputed enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh signed in May, the Armenian Foreign Ministry said Thursday.
