Bakiyev Goes on Vacation

Ousted Kyrgyz leader Kurmanbek Bakiyev has left Belarus to take a holiday in the Turkish golf resort of Belek, Interfax reported Monday, citing an unidentified diplomat in Moscow.

Bakiyev fled Kyrgyzstan last month for Minsk, Belarus, after a violent uprising led by opposition forces in the Central Asian country led to the killing of as many as 85 people.
