3 Bombs in Greece

ATHENS -- Greek police launched a manhunt on the holiday island of Rhodes for those responsible for three bomb blasts in the past two days which injured eight people and caused panic among foreignors.

Two blasts at short intervals on Tuesday rocked the island's main city, also called Rhodes, slightly injuring two Danes, a Swede, a German woman and two Greeks.

A bomb in Rhodes' popular coastal town of Lindos on Monday badly injured a Greek and an Italian tourist.

No one has claimed responsibility for the attacks but Public Order Minister Stelios Papathemelis told reporters the campaign was aimed at damaging tourism and he believed foreign agents were at work.
