State-controlled hydroelectric power producer RusHydro on Friday reported a nine-month net loss of 2.53 billion rubles ($84 million) due to one-off revaluation charges. In the same period a year ago, the company turned a 34.8 billion ruble profit.
Adjusted net profit came in at 13.8 billion rubles, the company said, down 61 percent year on year and below a? Reuters? poll forecast of 14.8 billion rubles.
Earnings? before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortization declined 33 percent to 39.9 billion rubles, broadly in line with market expectations.
