Three suspects have been arrested for last month's killing of the rector of the St. Petersburg State University of Service and Economics, Interfax reported Monday.
One suspect, Andrei Yeliseyev, was paid 600,000 rubles ($20,000) to do the shooting, Vladimir Loskutov, head of the Leningrad regional branch of the Investigative Committee said. The suspected killer used the money to buy an "automobile," Loskutov said.
