Respublika – Book Cafe @ Patriarchy

BOOKS - STATIONARY - DELICIOUS COFFEE - CAKE - TRENDY

Respublika opened a new bookshop at Patriarchy which has an integrated coffee shop. The big counter with the coffee bar and cashier make this place look super stylish and the little different seating areas throughout the book shop make it feel very cozy.

It's a good place for a casual coffee with friends, to come here to work or to find a nice gift. And of course to enjoy the nice view on the pond!

The bookshop in itself has mainly books in Russian, but some are in English. Like the nice coffee table books they have in their selection. We also love the stationary collection since they have almost everything, like calendars, journals, notebooks and pens in all kinds of forms, colours and sizes.

They also offer some trendy gift items, like water bottles, kids toys, pottery, polaroid camera, electronic devices and many more good gifts for a friend. And don't forget to have a look at their second floor which is in the basement. Here you find a good selection of electronic devices, more books and wrapping paper.

Enjoy!

A Message from The Moscow Times:

Dear readers,

We are facing unprecedented challenges. Russia's Prosecutor General's Office has designated The Moscow Times as an "undesirable" organization, criminalizing our work and putting our staff at risk of prosecution. This follows our earlier unjust labeling as a "foreign agent."

These actions are direct attempts to silence independent journalism in Russia. The authorities claim our work "discredits the decisions of the Russian leadership." We see things differently: we strive to provide accurate, unbiased reporting on Russia.

We, the journalists of The Moscow Times, refuse to be silenced. But to continue our work, we need your help.

Your support, no matter how small, makes a world of difference. If you can, please support us monthly starting from just $2. It's quick to set up, and every contribution makes a significant impact.

By supporting The Moscow Times, you're defending open, independent journalism in the face of repression. Thank you for standing with us.
