Belorussian Special Forces to Join Russian Anti-Terror Operations

Belorussian President Alexander Lukashenko approved the draft of an international agreement on the participation of Belorussian special forces units in counter-terrorism operations on Russian territory. 

In the agreement, Belarus' State Security Committee is mandated to conduct negotiations about the terms of the draft agreement. It is also authorized to make basic changes and additions to the agreement as needed.

The full text of the agreement has not yet been published.
