More Than 25 Suspected Terrorists Detained in Moscow Region

Security forces have detained over 25 suspected terrorists and terrorism supporters during a large-scale operation in Moscow and the surrounding suburbs on Wednesday.

"The special operation was carried out by agents of the Federal Security Service together with the Interior Ministry's anti-extremism center and special forces," a source in law enforcement told the TASS news agency. 

The source said that the suspects are believed to be part of an Islamic "Wahabbist underground" in the Moscow region.
