40kg Bomb Made by ISIS-linked Group Found in Russian Caucasus

Russia's National Anti-Terrorism task force has found over 40 kilograms of homemade explosives in a hide-out in North Caucasus region, the TASS news agency reported Tuesday. An ISIS-linked group is believed to have been operating at the base in Ingushetia.
