When will my hot water go off?
TMT: Right now no one knows. But we know how to find out.
There are two ways to get up-to-the-minute information. One is to check the water company site in mid-April when the schedule has been set. You can type in your address (in Russian) and see the dates. The other way is to download an app from the Moscow city government site. Instructions (in Russian) are a bit complicated, but will eventually get a message delivered to you about your hot water.
