Chadbourne & Parke LLP is pleased to announce that Andrei Baev has joined the firm as the Managing Partner of the Moscow Office and a partner in the Corporate Department, resident in the London and Moscow offices.

Andrei has 25 years of experience in project finance and corporate transactions. His work concentrates on the emerging markets of Eastern and Central Europe, Russia, Central Asia and Middle East.

His experience includes the development and financing of cross-border pipeline projects, independent power projects, nuclear power plants, oil and gas upstream, midstream and downstream development projects, mining, telecommunications and infrastructure projects around the world.
