Flooding in Far East

Russian emergency personnel are working to contain flooding in the country's Far East after six inches of rain fell on the city of Vladivostok and the surrounding region over the weekend.

Far-eastern Russia and China were devastated by flooding last year, which caused at least $2 billion in damage and almost a hundred confirmed deaths.
