Snow Expected to Return to Moscow Region Over the Weekend

Snowfall is expected to return to the Moscow region this weekend and temperatures will get back to zero degrees Celsius after weeks of hard frost.

Daytime temperatures will hover around zero C during the coming days, according to the weather bureau for Moscow and its surrounding region.

Snowfall is also expected Friday and will last into the weekend, a weather bureau spokesman said, Interfax reported.
