Dashcam Fun! Horn Terrifies Driver (Video)

A dashcam video on YouTube showing a driver's sensitivity to the honking of a horn in Novoaltaisk, the Altai region.

Blaring horns are a common sound on Russian roads, warning drivers of an impending crash if they don't act quickly.
But honking isn't often known to be the cause of an accident.
A dashcam video that has gone viral shows a driver who is perhaps being a little oversensitive to the honk of a horn. The video, uploaded last week and garnering nearly a quarter million views as of Monday, was filmed in Novoaltaisk, a town of 70,500 people in the Altai region.
