Tsoi remains a cult figure more than two decades after his death.

Twenty-three years ago today, on June 24, 1990, the legendary musician Victor Tsoi performed for the last time alongside his group, Kino. A pioneer of the Russian rock genre, Tsoi tragically died in a car accident later that year. He was 28-years-old.
