Traffic Jam Ends Happily in Ufa (Video)

Video: A wild duck caused traffic jam in Ufa.

A rather unusual traffic jam in Ufa on Monday morning ended with smiles instead of road rage when drivers united efforts to help a family of ducks cross the road, readers of reported.

"A wild duck and her brood caused the stoppage," witnesses said. "The family was crossing the busy highway, which isn't the safest of places. But drivers displayed presence of mind and helped the duck and her ducklings cross the road."

In the end, not a single duck was injured, and the flow of traffic was soon restored.
