The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service gave the go-ahead to Rosneft to buy 100 percent of TNK-BP but with conditions, the watchdog said, Interfax reported.
The unified company will have two months from the day the deal is completed to provide the agency with information about regions where its fuel market share is greater than 50 percent. And a year after that information is provided, it will have to sell some of its filling stations in those regions.
