RusHydro Posts $15M Loss

State-controlled hydroelectric power producer RusHydro on Monday reported a first-half net loss of 468 million rubles ($15.17 million) due to one-off revaluation charges, compared with a 32.4 billion ruble year-ago profit.

Adjusted net profit came in at 13.4 billion rubles, the company said, down 59 percent year on year and below a 15.2 billion Reuters poll forecast.

EBITDA declined 37 percent to 31.1 billion rubles, broadly in line with market expectations.
