Azerbaijan said its oil and natural gas exports fell in the first seven months of the year.
The Caspian Sea nation shipped 19 million tons of crude, a decline of 8 percent from a year earlier, the State Statistics Committee said in an e-mail.
Gas exports dropped 17 percent to 3.27 billion cubic meters.
Azerbaijan pumped 25.9 million tons of oil in the period, a decline of 6.3 percent from a year earlier, the statistics committee said Tuesday. Production of marketable gas, which the country exports to Georgia, Turkey, Russia and Iran, grew 7.7 percent to 10.3 billion cubic meters.
