Moscow Man Killed for Parking Spot

The son of a man driving a Range Rover, like the one seen here, shot a man over a parking spot Thursday.

A -year-old boy shot a man in east Moscow who had argued with his father over a parking spot.

Police told RIA-Novosti that the incident began when an "unemployed Muscovite" parking his Range Rover got into an argument with a group of men Thursday on Volgogradsky Prospekt. The son of the driver of the Range Rover shot one of the men in the heat of the argument with his father's shotgun.

The man, who was wounded in the back and chest, died in an ambulance on the way to the hospital.

Police have opened a criminal case on murder charges that carry a penalty of up to 15 years in prison.
