Usmanov Sues Over Premises

Alisher Usmanov has filed a suit in the Khamovnichesky Court for recognition of ownership rights to nonresidential premises in the center of Moscow, RIA-Novosti reported.

Court spokeswoman Darya Lyakh said the suit was filed against housing and operational commandant's office No. 1 of the department of housing and municipal housing management.

Third parties in the lawsuit are the Prefecture of the Central Administrative District and the Federal Service of State Registration, Land Registration and Mapping. Lyakh did not specify what the premises were. The court will hear the case on April 19.
