President Dmitry Medvedev removed Mikhail Prokhorov, Leonid Reiman and Nikolai Fyodorov from the Kremlin commission on modernizing the economy.
They will be replaced with billionaire Viktor Vekselberg, Kaspersky Lab co-founder Natalya Kaspersky and two other officials, the Kremlin said in an e-mailed statement Sunday.
Earlier, Prokhorov's press service said he was not invited to attend a Sept. 26 commission meeting in the Ulyanovsk region.
