Flooding Kills 4 Georgians

TBILISI, Georgia — Georgia's Interior Ministry said four people have died and two others are missing in floods.

The ministry said the four died when weekend floodwaters swept away a roadside cafe on Rikoti Pass, 100 kilometers west of Tbilisi. The mudslides triggered by torrential rains badly damaged 25 sections of a key mountain highway that will take two weeks to repair.
