Mobile TeleSystems chief executive Mikhail Shamolin will be replaced by Andrei Dubovskov, the head of the operator's Ukraine operations, the operator said Friday.
Analysts speculate that Shamolin may replace Leonid Melamed as chief executive officer of billionaire Vladimir Yevtushenkov's holding company AFK Sistema at a board meeting Saturday.
