Russian Nobel Peace Prize?

OSLO, Norway — A founding member of the Memorial human rights group is among a record 241 nominations submitted for the 2011 Nobel Peace Prize.

Svetlana Gannushkina, who has assisted people from Nagorno-Karabakh to Chechnya, is nominated together with secret-spilling organization WikiLeaks and Cuban dissidents, according to public announcements by those who nominated them.

The Norwegian Nobel Committee does not reveal the names of nominees and doesn't discuss candidates until the winner is announced in October.
