Rusia Auction Delayed

IRKUTSK — The auction for the assets of bankrupt Rusia Petroleum, which holds the license to the Kovykta gas condensate field in the Irkutsk region, has been pushed back from Feb. 15 to March 1, said a statement issued by company receiver Oleg Smetanin.

The deadline for submitting bid applications and paying the deposit has been moved from Feb. 10 to 24. Smetanin said previously that the overall starting price would be 15.1 billion rubles (about $500 million), with a deposit of 20 percent.
