Dagestan Blast Kills 3

ROSTOV-ON-DON — A car bomb has exploded outside a cafe in Dagestan, killing three people and seriously wounding three more, police spokesman Magomed Tagirov said.

The car was parked by Karavan cafe in the city of Khasavyurt when the blast occurred late Wednesday. All of the people killed or injured were inside the cafe, Tagirov said, adding that police investigators were on the scene.
