Norilsk Nickel is seeking more than $2 billion for its controlling stake in the OGK-3 power utility, Norilsk co-owner Vladimir Potanin said Thursday.
Norilsk is studying proposals from EuroSibEnergo, controlled by rival Norilsk shareholder billionaire Oleg Deripaska, and state-run Inter RAO, Potanin told reporters. Inter RAO’s bid is more detailed, he said.
