Nabiullina Sees 4.5% Deficit

The budget deficit will be 4.5 percent of gross domestic product in 2010, Economic Development Minister Elvira Nabiullina said Tuesday in Geneva, down from the previous forecast of 5.3 percent, RIA-Novosti reported.

The 2010 inflation rate will be 8 percent to 8.5 percent, Nabiullina said. The monthly rate will be 0.8 percent for November and December.
