Marshall Capital Partners, a Moscow-based fund, will control 7 percent of Rostelecom after the state consolidates its shares in regional providers next year, Vedomosti said Friday.
Marshall Capital acquired about $750 million worth of stakes in regional telephone companies from Gazprombank, the newspaper reported, citing the bank’s lending unit.
