RusHydro Goes Abroad

RusHydro, the country’s biggest producer of renewable energy, plans to acquire or build generation assets in Turkey, Vietnam and Kazakhstan, deputy chief executive George Rizhinashvili said Tuesday.

RusHydro also plans to swap five sales units with Inter RAO for about 40 percent of Siberian power producer Irkutskenergo, he said.
