Mobile Operators Face Fine

The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service plans to fine the country’s three biggest mobile operators for inflating roaming charges, said Dmitry Rutenberg, a department head at the watchdog, Interfax reported.

The fines will be calculated taking into account a decrease in roaming fees that the operators announced in September, Interfax said.
