RusHydro, Russia’s largest renewable energy producer, said Friday that it raised 21.85 billion rubles ($712 million) selling new shares.
RusHydro sold 19 billion shares for 1.15 rubles each, including to existing owners of its depositary receipts, the company said. It plans to publish detailed results in the next two months.
