Leak at Moscow Refinery

The Moscow oil refinery is working as normal after a hydrogen-gas leak at about 11:20 a.m., shareholder Gazprom Neft said Thursday.

That was after a fire broke out at a catalytic reformer at the refinery on Wednesday, without interrupting production, the press service said at the time. The fire was extinguished in about 10 minutes, Gazprom Neft said.
