Inter Looks to Boost Stake

Inter RAO may get a controlling stake in Rusenergosbyt from businessman Grigory Beryozkin, Vedomosti reported, citing unidentified officials.

Beryozkin will swap his 51 percent stake in Rusenergosbyt for new shares in Inter RAO, the newspaper said.

Italian utility Enel owns 49 percent of Rusenergosbyt.
