Russia barred direct Turkish flights to Japan over Siberia unless Turkey allowed Aeroflot to fly to more points from Istanbul, the Turkish Transportation Ministry said on Monday.
In retaliation, the Turkish side will demand royalty rights from Russian charter flights to Turkey, it added.
