Two people have been wounded after exchanging fire at Georgia’s Justice Ministry in the country's capital of Tbilisi, the Interfax news agency reported Monday.
Authorities currently claim that two people shot each other in an incident which was a purely private dispute.
“The incident has nothing to do with the National Justice Ministry. This was a conflict between two individuals,” the Justice Ministry said in a statement to journalists.
The shootout was the result of a dispute between a landlord and a tennant, Georgian news agency GHN reported.
Both individuals have been hospitalized and police are currently investigating at the scene, Interfax reported.
