Gutseriyev Back at Russneft

Mikhail Gutseriyev, the founder of Russneft, was reinstalled as its president Monday after authorities let him return to Russia to help squelch unrest in his native Ingushetia.

Russneft said in a statement that Gutseriyev would take over the company, which produces about 250,000 barrels of oil per day, and that Oleg Gordeyev would step down as president.
