The Navy will commission 15 new warships and non-nuclear submarines for its Black Sea Fleet by 2020, Navy Commander Vladimir Vysotsky said Wednesday.
He said the surface ships would account for 60 percent of the orders, while the rest would be submarines, RIA-Novosti reported. One frigate and one submarine will be put into construction this year.
