Multimedia Art Museum Moscow (MAMM) is a contemporary art museum opened in post Soviet time in the premises of the Moscow House of Photography.
We recently visited the museum for the first time and very much enjoyed the current exhibitions of contemporary artists Lucio Fontana and Igor Samolet.
The museum’s interior is a special experience in itself: high ceiling, partially open floor plans and lots of white color. A great frame to the contemporary art on display.
If you are interested in contemporary art we suggest you keep an eye on the MAMM exhibition program. As for ourselves we like to check current expositions to learn more about art, as well as discover new artists. To get a better understanding of modern art, MAMM has guided tours in English to offer. These need to be booked in advance.
