Russia has launched a complaint at the World Trade Organization to challenge U.S. anti-dumping measures on imports of hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel from Russia, it said in a filing published by the WTO on Tuesday.

The Russian complaint listed eight separate U.S. announcements between 1999 and February 2019 that Russia said broke WTO rules. The United States has 60 days in which to settle the dispute. After that period, Russia could ask the WTO to adjudicate.

… we have a small favor to ask.
