Fire at Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Building Claims 3 Lives

Three people died in a fire at Russia’s Foreign Intelligence (SVR) building in Moscow on Wednesday.

Reports at the time indicated that three people were trapped in the SVR basement after the fire broke out.

A source in the rescue services told state-run news agency RIA Novosti on Thursday that three people died in the flames and seven people were rescued.

Previous reports said there were no victims in the fire on Moscow’s Ring Road.
