Sixty-seven years ago today, on Dec. 4, 1946, the first Moskvich-400 car was assembled in Moscow at what became known as the Leninist Komsomol Automobile Factory. The car was almost an exact copy of the German-made Opel Kadett and had a top speed of 90 kilometers per hour.
