Bonuses Reinstated

The government has canceled a requirement for state companies to reduce premiums, bonuses and other stimulus payments when a company is receiving state guarantees on loans and bond issues, Interfax reported Thursday.

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed the order to that effect on July 21. The restriction had affected Rosnano, United Aircraft Corp., and Oboronprom.
