Russia will meet investors in the United States and Britain and could sell international bonds by early in the second quarter if conditions are favorable, a banker with knowledge of the deal said.
The government has appointed BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Troika Dialog and VTB Capital to arrange the meetings, said the banker, who didn't want to be named because the information isn't yet public.
Meetings will take place in San Francisco on March 19, Los Angeles on March 20, Boston on March 21-22, New York on March 23 and in London on March 26-27.
