Lisin at United Shipbuilding

Owner of Novolipetsk Steel Vladimir Lisin is the board chairman at United Shipbuilding Corporation, the company's web site shows, Interfax reported.

Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin was the former board chairman, but he quit his seat because of President Dmitry Medvedev's instruction for officials to withdraw from the boards of companies that the government owns stakes in.

Federal Property Fund chairman Yury Petrov and former Rosneft chief Sergei Bogdanchikov also quit the board. They were replaced by United Shipbuilding president Roman Trotsenko and Rair Simonyan from Morgan Stanley.
