Mining and energy holding En+ Group signed an agreement with the Export-Import Bank of China for as much as $5 billion of funding to develop East Siberian projects. China Eximbank agreed to help finance the construction of power generators as well as coal, copper and iron-ore mining projects for En+ companies at a ceremony attended by President Dmitry Medvedev and his Chinese counterpart, Hu Jintao, in Moscow on Thursday.
