Parking Added in Courtyards

An additional 380,000 parking spaces will be created in Moscow by the end of this year as the city renovates the courtyards of residential buildings, head of the city finance department Vera Chistova said, RIA-Novosti reported.

Of those, 3,500 will be in the city center, the official said last week, adding that the measures were being taken within the context of a larger plan for relieving the city's traffic congestion.
