The following is part of an entry made on the blog of Transneft minority shareholder Alexei Navalny on Monday at 4:15 p.m.:
"Yaba daba doo! One minute ago, the Transneft company was slapped hard in the Moscow Arbitration Court. They refused to sign an amicable settlement with us and provide us voluntarily with the protocols of the board of directors. After that, the court ruled in our favor and ordered Transneft to hand over the papers we asked for.
"Our happiness is compounded by the fact that we received a resolution of the Constitutional Court in an analogical case with Rosneft. The court took our side. … We will read what they are hiding. This is a big victory."
