Sistema Bid for MGTS

Sistema-Inventure, a unit of billionaire Vladimir Yevtushenkov’s holding company, has offered to buy up stock in Moscow City Telephone Network, known as MGTS, at 436.20 rubles ($14.18) a share.

Minority shareholders with 2.04 percent of MGTS Sistema-Inventure have until Jan. 20 to accept or decline the offer, said Comstar, a unit of Sistema holding company. Sistema controls 97.76 percent of MGTS, Comstar said.
